The One Where it was a White Christmas (Baptisms)

Hey y'all! Back at it again in North Las Vegas. Gonna be a quick one, because I don't have much time. But let's get into it....

Some happy things and what I learned from them:
• Tray got baptized!! Tray is the dad of the family of 8! He loves the gospel so much and was so so prepared to be baptized. He said that all of the commandments that got has asked him to keep makes sense, because his Heavenly Father has given him so much!! That's just amazing and so true. Our Heavenly Father has given us so much, so truly anything that he asks of us to become more like Him is not asking too much. When you truly realize what He has given and done for you, anything that He asks is something you will do.
• We had a miracle baptism on Monday!! We got a call on Sunday from Deepak who has been taught for 18 months and hasn't been able to be baptized because of backlash from family members. He told us " I want to be baptized tonight" we said, " Well how about tomorrow" . He heard a talk in church that said "Your Heavenly Father loves you unconditionally." He immediately realized that His Heavenly Fathers love for him is the only love that he truly needed, because it was unconditional!! So he decided right there that he was going to be baptized no matter what. That is truly inspiring. He is so devoted to the gospel and so eager to follow His Savior that he was baptized when it could have torn his family apart. But i know he will be blessed for it. For that act of faith.

Some hard things and what I learned from them:
• Sister Seibold has left me. She left me today to go home, her mission is finished and I am so happy for her. But I am going to miss her so so much. She is the best!! And has taught me so much. But I will miss her so much!! And I have a new companion!! I am staying in the same area, but will be getting Sister Rasmussen as my new companion!! I'm excited

Some funny things that made me laugh:
• everyone thought that our names were actually Seibold and Rose
• i accidentally street contacted someone and then knocked his door within 2 mins. AWKWARD
• We forgot to tell one of the people being baptized to bring underwear and a towel for after lol. AWKWARD

I DONT HAVE TIME AHHHH

Drum Roll please πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ₯πŸ₯ Sister Rose time
Go read Mosiah 24 and tell me what you think. Literally reply and tell me, because I don't have time to tell you. But i love it.

It was a great week. I focused on joy,,faith, and patience and saw great things come out of it.

I love y'all,
Sister Rose
