The One Where I'm a Missionary (so all the time)

 Hey yall! I have literally no time this week, so it's gonna be short. But I am doing well!! Let's get into it....


Some happy things and what I learned from them:
• We have 2 friends on date!! We had some fire lessons and it our lessons have been so spirit filled! I have loved to get to be part of those lessons!! Yay
• We have been helping this returning member come back to church and he literally bore his testimony to us about the Book of Mormon. I literally almost cried!! He's growing up!! It's so cool to see how God's word can change people.
• We had a little DTR (define the relationship) with Dana and she still wants to be baptized! Yay! She is a slow mover, but she is moving! Yay!
• I got to play so much pickleball today and I was just elated. I will be playing everyday for at least 3 hours when I am home. 

Some hard things and what I learned from them:
• the heat. 107 degrees everyday. need I say more.
• my shoes actually broke this week. But I got out a lil sewing kit and sewed them back together so jankily. Should last another 10 months right??? Hehe
• missions are hard. I'm not not gonna be a lil liar pants. They are hard. Sometimes they are not funny. Sometimes you want to cry everyday. But I have become a new and better person from my mission already. I wouldn't change it for the world!!

Some funny things that made me laugh:
• I pranked Sister Wright into thinking that pineapples are palm trees at the very beginning stage. That made my entire life when she actually believed me. I'm so mean, but it actually made me so happy lol. 
• One of our friends said that he talks to trees. He is going to be a great edition to our ward. Prolly everyone talks to trees in our ward already. 
• there is a blooming romance in our ward right now that is just giving me life and making me giggle so hard. I won't speak any further on it.
• my bishop and I got up close and personal this week. He is a dentist and he fixed my permanent retainer. I have never had my bishop be that close to my face and digging in my mouth. Memorable.

More like moment, because I have zero time. I know that God loves you and knows you!! Go read Mormon 9. It made me so happy this week. So cool. If you want to tell em that you did it, email me some thoughts or feelings that you had as you read it!!

The One Where Glass Doors Should Not Be a Thing

  Hey yall! Another great work in Kingman. Sometimes I feel like I am not in America and this was one of those weeks. I love it! Let's get into it.... Some happy things and what I learned from them: • Our friend Linda is just THE best ever. She is so short, the top of her head literally comes to the bottom of my ribs. But she is just like our little grandma. I love her. Guess what!?! Her baptism day is upon us! Long awaited, but it is this Saturday and she is so so so excited!! She told us yesterday that she just feels so ready! She feels like she has done the work(which she for sure has) and she feels ready to make this covenant with God. That is what the Atonement of Jesus Christ does for you people!! It brings you confidence. Confidence in the Lord and confidence in your abilities through Jesus Christ!! • We had a lesson with a returning member and his fiancé, Shi. The One Where We Get Creative

 Hey yall! Another week! It was a miraculous week! Let's get into it........ Some happy things and what I learned from them: • Ahhhhh our friend Adhan is so amazing! She wants to be baptized but has not been able to come to church because she works on Sundays. We taught her the restoration yesterday and she ABSOLUTELY loved it!! She told us that she qas so grateful that she found the right church! She asked her boss last week for Sundays off and he let her know today that she can have an hour and a half off to go to church!!!! Ahhhhh we have been praying so hard for her yayyyy!!! • We have been trying to help thos part member household to feel loved and welcomed. But it has been hard to get to them. Yesterday we decided to heart attack their door and right notes and scriptures. So we did!! The non member husband texted us and thanked us for doing that because they had had a really hard day!!
