NO TITLE....So Mom will entitle it - The one with the proposal ;)

Hey yall!! It was a good week in the YSA ward!! Some interesting things happened, but all in all a good week. Lets get into it.......

Some happy things and what I learned from them:
• We felt like we needed to go to this apartment complex in our area that we hadn't been to in a while. We went to the only person that we had there in our pmg and then decided to knock two more doors and then go to the next street. We knocked the second door and a lady answered. And then she looked at us and started giggling. We were so confused. She says, "wow! I just went to church for the first time in 35 years today! And you just knock on my door!" Turns out she is an inactive member. She had slipped into church on Sunday and slipped out without being noticed and then we just happened to knock her door the same day. So cool!! She said that she wanted to try it out again, because she has been thinking about church a lot lately.
• We met Michael outside his apartment and we invited him to church, he said probably not but we shared a message and set up a return appointment. After we talked with him he said he was feeling the Holy Spirit in him like butterflies and that night he texted us saying he would be coming to church. We had a short lesson before church about the sacrament and how it can fill us with the spirit and the spirit sanctifies us. As soon as the sacrament was being passed he started tearing up and cried for the rest of the meeting. He said afterwards that the things said really resonated with him!! We are so excited for him!!
• Our friend Kyleigh (who we passed off to the Elders) is on date for August 17th now!! Yay! She literally is so awesome and has been studying the Book of Mormon so much and trying to learn so much!! So excited for her!!
• We went on exchanges with some sisters in our stewardship who has really been struggling this transfer. I prayed so much before the exchange to know how we could help them and for miracles to happen on the exchange. They haven't been finding many people to teach, so we decided that my STL companion and I would both go into their area with them. So 4 missionaries in the area!! We had so many miracles!! The sister that I went with and I set a goal to find 4 people that day and talk to 50. We talked to 55 and found 5 people!! So awesome!! God helps us meet our goals as we set them prayerfully and with faith!! So amazing and I felt like I was able to be a vessel for the Lord for this sweet sister like I had prayed for.
• we got to go to the temple today! I love the temple! So amazing!!

Some hard things and what I learned from them:
• I have had some interesting remarks and things said to me this week. It doesn't feel good to be objectified. It makes you feel gross. But its ok. My Heavenly Father has helped me to feel the peace and pure love that He has for me as I have prayed to Him.
• My bike tire went flat again. You might be wondering, didn't you replace 2 tires, do you have three wheels?? I am asking myself the same question. And no, I don't have 3 tires. One of the ones I just replaced is going flat again. Bruh. that is all i can say. I'll figure it out.
• I am pretty sure that I am going to leave this area next transfer because of some weird things that have happened this week. Sad to know that I am going to get used to another area and be brand new again. And leave my believed foothills YSA ward. But I am also excited for new things!! I love change!

Some funny things that made me laugh:
• i didn't know which section to put this in, but I got sent a confession of someones love for me in the ward. Cray cray. He said he had a ring and everything. Wild.
• We met a funny guy yesterday who talked about fish

I have zero time!

I love yall
Sister Rose
